Salary: £17.56 to £20.51 per hour, dependent on experience

Hours: 36 hours per week (3 x 12 hour shifts, days)

Your Role
  • Ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met.
  • Coach and guide the care team, providing teaching and support.
  • Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
  • Monitor safety and compliance with standards, policies, and legislation.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
  • Experience in maintaining high clinical standards and policy compliance.
  • Ability to provide clinical guidance and support to care teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with residents and families.
