Your Responsibilities

• Ensure the well-being of residents by meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Coach and guide team members, providing both formal and informal training
• Conduct assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Monitor work areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards, policies, and legislation

Qualifications and Skills

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, responsible for managing the unit and clinical duties
• Experience maintaining high clinical standards and policies
• Ability to provide clinical guidance and support CQC tasks
• Excellent communication skills, building connections with residents and families
• Strong critical thinking, confidence, and self-reliance, especially for night shifts
