Job description

Red Recruitment is recruiting Registered Nurses passionate about providing great customer service. This role is working for an outsourcer, on behalf of their client who provides medical treatments. You will be required to assist customers with their queries and provide medical advice when required.

This is a temporary position, the hourly rate is GBP13.50 and is weekend and evening shifts only.

Please note this is a fully remote position; therefore, you must have an appropriate set up to do this job and you will be required to be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

Package for a Registered Nurse:

• Salary: GBP13.50 per hour
• Hours: Weekday evening shifts, 4pm - 9pm and Saturday - Sunday, 8am - 8pm
• Contract Type: Temporary
• Location: Fully remote

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse:

• Answering telephone and webchat queries from customers
• Providing medical assistance to customers and providing them with the best advice
• Ensuring each customer receives great service and has their query or concern answered
• Logging all calls and ensuring customer information is kept up to date
• Ensuring your medical knowledge regarding the various treatments is kept up to date

Key Skills and Experience of a Registered Nurse:

• You must be a Registered Nurse with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) to be considered for this role
• Great customer service skills is required
• You should show empathy to customers at all times
• You will need to be able to work from home comfortably with an appropriate set up
