Job summary

Sue Ryder is seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to join our multidisciplinary team in Leeds. You will work alongside Specialty Doctors, therapy staff, volunteers and other vital MDT members to provide holistic care and achieve the best outcomes for service users.

Responsibilities include supervising junior staff, planning and evaluating individualised clinical care, applying evidence-based practice, coordinating admissions and discharges, and ensuring care aligns with the care plan.

Job description

The successful applicants will play an active role within our multidisciplinary team. You will work alongside Specialty Doctors, therapy staff, volunteers and other vital members of the MDT taking a holistic approach in providing the best possible outcomes for each patient.

Duties include but are not limited to:
