Job summary

Allegra Care’s Fairmile Grange in Christchurch, Dorset is seeking a Registered Nurse for day shifts, 36 hours per week. You will deliver person-centred nursing care, lead on shift, and support a stable care team committed to compassionate practice.

Join a home focused on dementia, nursing, residential, respite and palliative care, with strong emphasis on resident individuality and staff development. NMC registration and experience with older adults are preferred.

Qualifications

The role

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join our day team, working 36 hours per week.

You’ll play a key clinical role on shift, delivering person-centred nursing care while supporting and guiding care colleagues. You’ll have the trust and autonomy to lead with confidence, backed by a supportive management team and a stable, experienced staff group.

Key Responsibilities Include

About You

You’ll be a Registered Nurse who values people as much as process.

• Confidence to lead, organise and make sound clinical decisions
• Strong communication and basic IT skills
