Main Duties

Your role involves acting as person in charge, observing all instructions, and undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and managing chronic conditions. You will advise families and GPs of any resident condition changes and supervise the care team to ensure residents receive appropriate care.

About the Role

Your main focus as a Registered Nurse is to act as person in charge, supervising the care team and ensuring high standards of care. Responsibilities include:

• Undertaking nursing tasks such as medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and chronic condition management.
• Advising families and GPs about resident conditions and involving them in care decisions.
• Supervising and deploying staff effectively to meet care needs.
• Providing accurate assessments and care planning.

About You

• Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC registration.
