Job summary

Nursing Direct Limited is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team delivering high-quality healthcare and homecare services in Brighton and the surrounding East Sussex area.

Key responsibilities include checking MAR charts, monitoring forms, and communicating with next of kin, while supporting health, continence care, and administration of nebulisers and other medications. You will also assist with physiotherapy exercises and tracheostomy care as needed.

Qualifications

• Current nursing registration in the UK (NMC).
• Minimum of three months UK healthcare nursing experience.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willing to obtain one through Nursing Direct.

Key responsibilities include checking and overseeing MAR charts and monitoring forms, communicating with next of kin, monitoring service users' health and wellbeing, supporting continence and personal care, administering nebulisers and other medication, assisting with physiotherapy exercises, applying hand splints, providing tracheostomy care, suctioning and repositioning service users when required.

Applicants must have a minimum of three months UK healthcare nursing experience, hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one through Nursing Direct, and be adaptable, reliable and committed to providing high-quality individual and team-based care.
