Care Concern Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for Elstree Court Care Home in Eastbourne. You will deliver clinically led care, develop care plans, administer medications, and lead a care team across shifts with emphasis on safety and person-centred support.

About Elstree Court Care Home Elstree Court Care Home is a 40 bed care home located in Eastbourne, East Sussex, close to the seafront and local amenities. Providing residential, nursing and respite care, the home offers a comfortable and welcoming environment where colleagues work together to deliver high quality, person centred care and make a real difference to the lives of Residents every day.
Registered Nurse RGN Contract £23.77 to £24.27 per hour Contracted to 33 or 44 hours per week Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed.
Role Overview As Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective and person centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice. Must be able to work nights.
You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times.
Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.
