Job summary

Balhousie Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) in Dundee to provide compassionate, high-quality care within a care home setting. You will support residents' physical, emotional, and social needs and work with the team to deliver outstanding care.

The role requires a valid NMC pin, an organised approach, excellent communication, and flexibility to cover shifts. PVG checks and UK work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified RGN or RMN with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience in a care home is desirable but not essential.
• Organised, good communicator, flexible for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care to residents (physical, psychological, social).
• Develop tailored care plans and administer medicines safely.
• Exercise clinical judgment to make safe, appropriate decisions.

About You:

You should be a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a care home environment would be useful but is not essential. What’s just as important is that you’re organised, have great communication skills, and are flexible enough to work shifts.
