Job summary

BCG is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our care home team in Scotland. You’ll provide compassionate care to residents, developing tailored care plans and administering medicines with safe, professional judgment. You will contribute to a safe, supportive environment and collaborate with the wider team.

We value organisation, strong communication, and flexibility to cover shifts. Successful candidates may undergo PVG checks and must be authorised to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• You are a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin and up-to-date clinical practices.
• Experience in a care home is useful but not essential; strong organisation and communication are valued.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and apply professional judgement in clinical decisions.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse on our team, you'll provide exceptional care to our residents, attending to their physical, psychological, and social needs to help us deliver the quality of care they deserve.

Your responsibilities will range from developing tailored care plans to providing medicine safely and ensuring excellence in all you do. About You:

You should be a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a care home environment would be useful but is not essential. What's just as important is that you're organised, have great communication skills, and are flexible enough to work shifts.
