Job summary

Care UK is seeking an experienced NMC-registered nurse to lead the care team within our home. You will provide clinical nursing, including medication management and infection prevention, while supporting residents with complex needs.

You will develop tailored care plans and drive clinical excellence across the home, ensuring residents are at the heart of every decision and action.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with NMC registration.
• Understanding of Waterlow and MUST assessment tools.
• Experience writing comprehensive care plans.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding leadership for care staff
• Supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels
• Provide clinical nursing to residents including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, e.g. wound care, catheter management
• Continuously strive towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home
• Developing tailored care plans to delivering excellence across everything you do
