Care UK is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate clinical care in our care home in England. You will manage medications, assess residents, and lead care planning to ensure high standards of nursing care every day.

Qualifications

• Must be an NMC registered nurse.
• Experience using Waterlow and MUST assessment tools.
• Experience writing comprehensive care plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead care staff and deliver high-quality nursing care across the home.
• Develop tailored care plans and ensure clinical excellence in daily care.
