Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for a luxury nursing home in the UK. The role involves delivering hands-on, person-centred nursing care during permanent night shifts, with a supportive team and comprehensive induction.

You will work to maintain high clinical standards and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Candidates must hold NMC registration as RGN or RMN and have experience in a nursing home setting.

Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)

£22.00 per hour |Night Shifts | Permanent | Luxury Nursing Home

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a beautifully designed luxury nursing home for older adults, with permanent night shifts available. The home provides a high quality environment where resident wellbeing, dignity and individual choice are at the centre of care.

You will be joining an experienced and supportive team, delivering hands-on nursing care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. With comprehensive training, excellent benefits and a management team committed to maintaining high clinical standards, this is a great opportunity for a nurse looking for a rewarding long-term position.

What You'll Need

• Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
• Previous experience working within a nursing home or older adult care environment.
• Strong clinical skills and confidence managing residents' individual nursing needs.
• Good knowledge of safeguarding, DoLS and person-centred care.
• Confidence with medication management, care planning and clinical documentation.
• Ability to recognise and respond appropriately to changes in residents' health.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A compassionate and professional approach to supporting older adults.

Your Role

• Administer and manage medication in accordance with NMC standards.
• Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate care plans and records.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional wellbeing and respond to changes in their condition.
• Support and guide care colleagues to maintain high standards throughout each shift.
• Promote residents' dignity, independence and individual choices.
• Build positive relationships with residents, relatives and external healthcare professionals.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, infection control and clinical practice.
• Work collaboratively with the wider nursing and management team to ensure residents receive consistently high-quality care.
