You will need to be an excellent communicator who can engage professionally with patients, families, all allied health professionals and the nursing team. Maintain accurate and effective electronic patient records, ensure they are kept updated and communicated to relevant members of the multi-disciplinary team. The role will involve participating in nurse led MDT. A variety of clinical skills will be desired including, male and female catheterisation, cannulation and venepuncture. As a registered nurse you will be required to participate in the education, development and supervision of other staff members and to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families,

Clitheroe Community hospital is a GP lead unit taking patients with rehabilitation needs and complex discharge support. The team consists of GP medical cover, full therapy team, Nursing staff, complex case management and in reach nutrition, tissue viability and pharmacy.
