Job summary

Health Recruit Network is recruiting a registered nurse to join a care home in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This is a clinical leadership role within a person-centred residential setting, requiring a nurse with post-registration experience.

You will deliver and oversee high standards of care, supervise staff, manage medication in line with NMC guidelines, and ensure compliance with regulations. This role offers flexible hours and permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC PIN (RGN/RMN) and current registration.
• Minimum six months post-registration experience.
• Care home or residential care experience desirable.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Salary: From £18.82 per hour (rising to £19.82 after one year)

Hours: Full‑Time, Part‑Time, Days/Nights
