You will receive a comprehensive induction package and supportive educational development, including Flying Start for newly registered staff. We are committed to participating in the Mentorship programme, staff supervision, and personal development.
As a clinician, you will join a service that is committed to multidisciplinary team working with strong links to both inpatient and community services. You will be responsible for assessing care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating programmes of care.
The shift pattern of the inpatient service covers 24 hours over 7 days, and successful candidates will be expected to rotate onto night duty.

NHS Scotland is reducing their full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This reduction will be applied pro-rata for part-time staff. Your employment contract will reflect the new working hours. Some service areas may require temporary additional hours until rosters or working patterns are adjusted.
A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment.
