Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - Hooper Ward

We are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team on Hooper Ward. This full-time position involves working 38.5 hours per week on a rota, including days and nights (shift times from 7:30am to 8:00pm and 7:30pm to 8:00am).

The role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills across various specialties, such as DBT, within a comprehensive environment that encompasses multiple pathways.

About Hooper Ward

Hooper Ward is a 13-bed acute mental health service for women at Cygnet Hospital Beckton, providing a safe environment for individuals experiencing an acute episode of mental illness requiring emergency admission.

About Cygnet

Established in 1988, Cygnet offers a wide range of health and social care services across the UK for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism, and learning disabilities.

Main duties

• Develop therapeutic relationships with service users and carers to motivate recovery
