Rate/Salary: £20.41 per hour

Hylton Grange is part of Exemplar Health Care, a leading provider of nursing care for adults living with complex and high acuity needs. We support 30 adults with complex mental health needs and neuro-disabilities including Huntington's disease and Parkinson's disease across three units. We support people on their rehabilitation journey from hospital or living in a secure setting to community-based living. We also provide long-term support for people living with degenerative or life-limiting illnesses.

This highly skilled nursing role involves supporting people's holistic needs with a range of clinical and nursing skills. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing care, administering medication safely, promoting health and wellbeing, managing challenging behaviors, and promoting dignity, independence, and respect.
