Job summary

Cygnet Health Care Limited is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join the Hexham site. You will deliver patient-centered care, complete assessments, and work with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards in a 27-bed women’s unit with complex needs.

You will be supported by a strong CPD program, with duties including documentation, medication administration and risk management, in a role designed for professional growth and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current RMN registration with the NMC (PIN).
• Experience in mental health care and women-focused services.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and audits.
• Commitment to patient recovery and risk reduction.
• Demonstrated compassion, resilience and engagement with service users.

Responsibilities

• Produce outstanding written reports from nursing assessments and observations.
• Collaborate with management to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
• Attend training and CPD to extend knowledge and nursing practice.
• Ensure care plans are complete under NMC guidelines with residents, families and professionals.
• Administer medicines in line with healthcare procedures and guidelines.
