About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate, and talented Registered Mental Health Nurses to join a well-established service supporting 20 people in Liverpool. The service caters to individuals with complex mental health needs, promoting their choices, wellbeing, and independence. The team includes mental health nurses, carers, support workers, and other specialists. The facility is ground-floor with individual bedrooms, shared facilities, gardens, and engaging activities like cinema visits, arts and crafts, gardening, and outings. We seek motivated, honest, non-judgemental, team-oriented, kind, fun, and outgoing staff.
Your values:
With a valid PIN from the NMC, you should have excellent observational, communication, and clinical skills, along with a warm, compassionate outlook. Previous team management experience is desirable.
