Job summary

Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join an Older People’s Mental Health inpatient ward. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care to older adults with dementia, depression, anxiety and psychosis.

You will undertake assessments, develop and review care plans, administer medication, manage risk, and support patients and their families throughout their care journey, while promoting dignity and recovery

Qualifications

• Registered RMN with valid NMC registration.
• Experience in older people's mental health preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

Responsibilities
