Rohallion Secure Care Clinic is a unique Regional and Tayside facility for Forensic In-patient Mental Health Services.
Spey Ward is a Medium Secure Assessment Ward supporting patients from across the North of Scotland who are part of the Forensic Services. As a team, we support patients at the start of their acute crisis period, from initial assessment through to recovery or discharge. We are looking for individuals eager to join our team to promote patient engagement, support therapies, and contribute to positive changes that enhance the patient experience.
Our clinic operates within NHS Tayside Values, fostering a person-centred culture. Candidates should demonstrate understanding and ability to embody these values.
We encourage staff involvement in service improvement, utilizing quality improvement methodologies supported by our Quality Improvement and Practice Development team.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register. Experience in mental health or forensic settings is desirable but not essential. Evidence of professional development is expected.

Hours of work are 37 and 22.2 hours per week, with the service operating a long day shift pattern, including day and night shifts, in line with NHS Tayside Rostering Policy. Medium Secure Payment applies.
