Responsibilities

• Act as the named nurse for a delegated group of residents, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized, person-centred care programs.
• Deliver high standards of care to residents and their families.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamworking skills, as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Current NMC Registration or working towards fulfilling Return to Practice requirements.
