Registered Mental Health Nurse
Location: Dewsbury WF12
Salary: £32,800 - £35,100 + £4,000 Welcome Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week - Must be Flexible! Full Time Permanent (Days and Nights)

Time Recruitment are looking to recruit a dynamic and driven Registered Mental Health Nurse to join a private hospital ran by an innovative company who are the leaders in delivering behavioural care to over 25,000 people each year across their 350 services.

The hospital specialises in inpatient care for adults and older men with severe, long-term mental health issues, some of whom may have undiagnosed memory-related conditions. They also offer specialised neurocognitive and dementia care for men exhibiting highly agitated or aggressive behaviour. The service is divided into two wards:

1. Hartley Ward: Focuses on rehabilitation and recovery for men with severe, enduring mental health conditions, including those with undiagnosed or early-stage memory issues.
2. Jubilee Ward: Provides neurocognitive and dementia care for men displaying agitated or aggressive behavior. We deliver personalized care packages tailored to individual needs, supporting patients at various stages of their care journey.

The facility has a fitness room, therapy kitchen, games and leisure rooms, courtyard and grounds, computer suite and community resources with patients leaving the service when required; the following therapies are offered:

1. Mentalisation-based treatment (MBT)
2. Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)
3. Schema therapy
4. Motional interviewing
5. Cognitive analytic therapy (CAT)
6. Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT)

The team at this facility consists of a much wider multidisciplinary team who cater to everyone's needs, they include psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, Staff Nurses and recovery support workers.

The Registered Mental Health duties will involve providing high quality care within a rehabilitation and recovery setting. You will also have:

1. NMC PIN with 12 months post qualification experience
2. Excellent team working skills and ability to work independently whilst committing to improvement and quality
3. A commitment to patient care and a good understanding of recovery models
4. RMN Qualified
