Muirton is a standalone unit, specialising in working and supporting individuals with behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia.
The ward requires a keen and motivated person to maintain high standards and applicants should demonstrate awareness and be willing to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the Moray Older Adult Psychiatry service.
Previous experience of working in acute admission or within older adults would be advantageous. Good communication skills and the ability to work flexibly and harmoniously in a multidisciplinary team is an essential requirement.
Support and encouragement will be given to meet mandatory and other essential training requirements for the job.
Post is rotational working a flexible 12-hour shift system to maintain continuity and meet the needs of the service.
37-hour Permanent position.
An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates
