Cygnet Hospital Harrogate, part of the Cygnet Group, is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). This long‑standing mental health hospital provides emergency admissions across two acute wards with a full MDT team and strong nursing leadership.

You'll deliver high‑quality care, produce accurate assessments, and maintain care plans in collaboration with residents, families and professionals.

Qualifikationen

• An experienced RMN/RNLD with a current Pin Number.
• A good understanding of nursing practices.
• Commitment to patient recovery and safety.

• Work with management to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
• Attend all training and CPD to extend knowledge and skills.
• Ensure care plans are complete and maintained with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals under NMC guidelines.

you'll be working38.5hours a weekatCygnet Hospital Harrogate. This is a long-established mental health hospital that provides an emergency admissions service across two acute wards. The service has a full Multidisciplinary team (MDT) including consultant psychiatrists, doctors, a therapy team including group and activities coordinators and nursing therapists.

The CQC has rated Cygnet Hospital Harrogate, on Ripon Road, Good overall and Good across all five inspection domains; safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.

Our team work closely and collaboratively with service users, their families and the referrer to provide a seamless pathway from referral to discharge.

Your day-to-day...

Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments & observations

Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, & improve quality

Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing

Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives & other healthcare professionals

Administer medicines within healthcare procedure & Healthcare Commission guidelines
