Job description

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional mental health service based in the Gosport, Hampshire area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers.

This special service is a rehabilitation and recovery service for males presenting with mental illnesses and complex needs, often accompanied by challenging behaviours.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Duties:

1. Deliver high quality, service user-focused care.
2. Participate in the development of new services and care pathways.
3. Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy.
4. Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

1. Ability to influence positive change.
2. Ensure robust effective clinical leadership across the service lines.
3. A proven track record of effective leadership skills.
4. Knowledge of person-centered recovery-based interventions.
5. A passion for working with service users collaboratively.
6. Promoting independence in a Mental Health setting.

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of GBP33,176 - GBP35,596 per annum DOE. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive the following generous benefits:
