Based in the beautiful New Forest in Hampshire, New Forest Care (NFC) is a leading provider of children’s residential care and education services. Our clinical team includes Clinical and Forensic Psychologists, Psychotherapists, Creative Therapists, Psychiatric Nurses, Occupational Therapists, and Speech and Language Therapists. We are committed to providing high-quality clinical services to improve mental health and wellbeing for children.
As our team expands, we are seeking an experienced RMN for a community-based nursing role. The ideal candidate will be compassionate and skilled in working with children (up to 18 years old), many of whom have complex attachment histories and may have experienced trauma.
Your responsibilities will include providing therapeutic assessment, formulation, and intervention to individual children. You will collaborate with various teams in care and education settings to ensure continuity of care and maintain a therapeutic framework around each child. You will need to ensure a consistent and robust support system is in place.
You will be part of a friendly and cohesive clinical team, reporting to the Head of Clinical Services.
