Job description

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in an exceptional mental health hospital based in the Chelmsford, Essex area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

The hospital has established an excellent reputation for providing high standards of treatment for a diverse range of mental health difficulties including addictions, depression, anxiety, and stress.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Duties:

1. Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder.
2. Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement.
3. Following all codes of conduct, standards and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice.
4. Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress.
5. At a more senior level, leading shifts and mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent annual salary of GBP36,176 - GBP38,596 per annum DOE. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
