Job description

We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and dedicated Registered Manager for a Children’s Residential Home. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and registering children's residential homes, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, best practices in care, and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional care and support to children and young people.


Registered Manager responsibilities include:

  1. The daily running of the home
  2. Staff management
  3. Budgets
  4. Ensuring that a high standard of care is maintained at all times
  5. Compliance with all current legislation relating

To be considered for the role you will have:

  1. 2 Years management experience within young people’s services
  2. An established record of consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted
  3. Have completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5
  4. Excellent working knowledge of children’s homes national minimum standards and the Children’s Act 2010
