About the Role:
As Registered Manager, you will lead a solo provision for a young person with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You ll be responsible for:
Ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations
Leading, mentoring, and developing your team
Creating a nurturing, therapeutic environment for the child
Driving positive outcomes through effective care planning and behaviour support
Managing budgets, audits, and quality assurance processes
Liaising with families, local authorities, and partner agencies

About You:
You re a confident Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step up
You bring experience within EBD settings and have strong safeguarding knowledge
You have a therapeutic, child-first approach to leadership
You re organised, resilient, and capable of building a cohesive, motivated team
You hold (or are working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People s Services)
