Avalon Group is a award-winning charity recruiting a Shared Lives Registered Manager to lead strategic development, governance and operational oversight of its growing Shared Lives services across localities.
This role reports to the Head of Operations and offers the opportunity to shape innovative, relationship-based support models that change lives while ensuring safeguarding and inspection readiness across the portfolio.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with some flexibility when needed. On call duties would be required, and this would be on a rota basis.
£36,500 to £38,250 (dependent upon experience)
Location
A full UK Driving Licence is essential. Expectation to travel across the Avalon Localities
