Residential Childcare | Management Opportunity | Generous Salary | New Service | Supportive Senior Leadership Team

Do you feel as though you are ready to for the next step in your career, but your current role isn’t offering you the platform to progress?

Leaders in Care are currently working with a brand new Semi-Independent Care Service based in Luton, for an experienced practitioner / manager to join as Registered Manager.

The yearly salary for this role is up to £75,000 - depending on experience

Main Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure quality care and standards in the home.
  2. Work with social care regulators and local authorities.
  3. Manage daily operations and be responsible for the care of residents 24/7.
  4. Oversee information governance.
  5. Promote independence and dignity for residents.
  6. Use resources effectively and maintain high occupancy.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulations and that staff follow policies to provide excellent care.
