Purosearch Ltd is assisting a well-respected care provider in Horsham, West Sussex, to recruit a Nursing Home Manager for a 50-bed service preparing to open. You will lead a dedicated care team to deliver high standards of elderly and dementia care, supported by a quality team to help you achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse qualification is advantageous with nursing home management experience.
• Experience in commissioning or registering a service with CQC is preferred.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a nursing home or healthcare setting.

A well‑respected care provider is looking for a passionate and experienced nursing home manager for their 50 bed service, which is preparing to open its doors! You will be supported by a quality team to ensure you can achieve your goals! Nursing home specialising in elderly and dementia care.
