Job summary

Southdown is recruiting a Service Manager (Registered Manager) for Nyetimber Lodge in West Sussex, overseeing a supported living service for six adults with learning disabilities. You’ll lead a dedicated team of 15 staff, drive quality and regulatory compliance, and champion person-centred care.

Based in Bognor Regis, you’ll contribute to a proactive leadership culture, manage rotas, recruitment and development, and participate in an on-call rota with an allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing learning disability services preferred.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee delivery of person-centred support.
• Ensure CQC registration and compliance for the service.
• Develop and support the team to improve outcomes.
