McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Registered Manager for River View Court, Nottingham, to lead day-to-day operations, care delivery and compliance in a retirement living development. You will guide the care team, ensure residents’ independence and wellbeing, and uphold regulatory standards.

The role requires a Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care qualification and experience in housing-with-care, with a 38.75-hour week and attractive bonuses.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience in managing a care or housing-with-care service.
• Knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent people management and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the development with a focus on high-quality care and support.
• Lead, motivate and supervise the care team to deliver compassionate services.
• Maintain CQC compliance and manage audits, quality checks and safeguarding.
• Collaborate with Sales and Rentals teams to promote occupancy and community engagement.
• Manage budgets and ensure financial processes are followed.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals.
