McCarthy Stone is seeking a Registered Care Manager for Bowles Court, Chippenham. You will oversee day-to-day management, care delivery and operations to ensure residents enjoy independence and a vibrant lifestyle.

Ideal candidates have Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care and proven experience in care management. The role offers a competitive salary and uncapped bonuses, with weekend work included periodically.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experience in managing a care or housing-with-care service
• Knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent people management and organisational skills

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day management of the development
• Lead, inspire and supervise a care team
• Maintain CQC compliance and audits
• Work with Sales/Rentals to promote occupancy
• Manage budgets and financial processes
• Build relationships with residents, families and professionals
