Chase Medical is seeking a Registered Manager for a Domiciliary Care service in Manchester city centre. This full-time role involves leading a new service and driving quality care while reporting to senior management with access to modern tools.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in a Registered Manager role within domiciliary care, hands-on service management experience, and strong leadership and regulatory knowledge. Competitive salary and progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a Registered Manager role within Domiciliary Care.
• Hands-on experience in managing a domiciliary care service.
• Track record of leading and motivating an effective team.
• Strong understanding of current legal responsibilities and standards.

Responsibilities

• Work to CQC standards.
• Manage the care team to ensure the best care.
• Liaise with local councils and authorities to improve/expand the service.
• On-call duties as required.
