Registered Manager Childrens Residential Home
Location: Dartford
Salary: £45,000 £50,000 (rising to £55,000 £60,000 upon Ofsted registration)
A brand-new 3-bed children's home is ready to open its doors, all thats missing is a dedicated Registered Manager to lead and launch the service. Located opposite a large park in a family-friendly area, this home will support young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), ADHD, Autism (ASD), and a history of mental health challenges.

Whats on Offer:
Starting salary of £45,000 £50,000, increasing to £55,000 £60,000 after successful Ofsted registration

Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager in a childrens residential setting
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Previous Ofsted report with a minimum Good rating
Sound understanding of Childrens Home Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and Ofsted frameworks including Reg 44 & 45
Experience supporting children with EBD, ASD, ADHD and mental health needs
Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and multi-agency working
Confident in managing referrals, care planning, risk assessments and leading inspections
Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
