An established industry player is seeking a passionate Registered Manager to lead a specialist children’s service. Salary: £59,490 - £66,239 (inclusive of London weighting, DOE)
Full-time | Permanent | 37.5 hours per week

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for children’s care and a proven track record of leadership within regulated services?
We are proud to be supporting a highly specialist children’s service in their search for an outstanding Registered Manager to lead and oversee care across a multi-home residential provision. This is an incredibly rare opportunity to join a dual-regulated (CQC and Ofsted) setting that provides rehabilitation and long-term care for children and young people with complex health needs and acquired brain injuries.
As Registered Manager, you’ll play a vital leadership role within a unique and nationally respected service. You will:
Lead a multidisciplinary team across multiple children’s homes
Ensure compliance with both Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Ofsted regulations
Deliver high-quality, child-centred care in a clinically complex environment
Build a safe, warm, and homely setting for children with neurodisabilities and complex medical needs
Work closely with therapists, education staff, and families to support a holistic model of care
To be considered, you will need:
A Registered Nurse qualification
Management experience in a regulated setting (CQC, Ofsted, or both)
Excellent leadership and team development skills
Passion for child-centred care and a strong safeguarding ethos
Experience working with children and young people with complex or additional health needs
Competitive salary up to £66,239 DOE
