Medical Update Online in North London is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new childrens home from the ground up. You will ensure safe, trauma-informed care for 717-year-olds, manage staff, and build strong ties with families, social workers, and schools.

Ofsted Registered Manager Children s Home, North London

We are a growing, forward-thinking children s residential care organisation with homes across the Southwest, London, and a multi-home provision in Durham.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to support the development of new services in North London, with clear opportunities to open and lead homes from the ground up.

You'll work with children aged 7 17 who have experienced loss, instability, or trauma, supporting them to rebuild trust, confidence, and hope through trauma-informed, PACE-based practice.

What You'll Do:

About You:

• 5+ years working with children in residential care, including 2+ years in a supervisory, Deputy Manager, or management role.
• Experience in LD (Learning Disabilities) or EDB (Emotional, Developmental, or Behavioural) settings.
• Proven track record of achieving at least a Good Ofsted rating as a Registered Manager or senior leadership team member.

Essential Qualifications & Knowledge:
