Pay rate: GBP44,000 - GBP54,000 per annum + bonus structure with the potential to earn up to GBP8,500


Essential requirements:

  1. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
  2. A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children (within the last 5 years).
  3. Full UK driving licence.
  4. The right to work in the UK.
  5. Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21.

The Role:

We are looking for nurturing and supportive people who can give our children high levels of care and allow them to achieve amazing outcomes.

Our homes offer crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive the highest quality residential care and participate in recreational activities tailored to their interests, e.g., cinema, swimming, and sports.
