Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking a Registered Manager for Adult Services with Learning Disabilities. You will lead and inspire the care team, ensuring high-quality support for residents with complex needs, while safeguarding and promoting independence.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, liaise with external professionals and families, manage care plans, and drive development of a compassionate, person-centred service within the home.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager in adult services or similar setting.
• Strong leadership with ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record in safeguarding and safeguarding governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and safeguard residents at all times.
• Overall operational responsibility for site management.
• Administer property accounts and oversee expenditure.
• Develop, implement and monitor care plans with external professionals and families.
• Empower team to promote independence and community engagement.
• Conduct performance reviews and supervise care staff.
• Plan activities and breaks for residents, ensuring engagement.
• Organise workload efficiently and prioritise tasks.
