Job type:Full time, permanent
Working hours:Core hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday. May be required to undertake spot checks in-line with Registration outside of these hours (40 Hours per week)

About The Service
This residential service is an established 4 bed service and a good opportunity for someone to progress into a registered managers role.
We are looking for someone who is responsive and flexible in management style as no two days are the same at Lynnwood. A good listener to both People We Support and the team, someone who can provide all the key elements of the CQC KLOES requirements our ethos and build on the positive culture that the people we support have come to understand.
