We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Registered Manager who is committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for children. You will have a proven track record with Ofsted, a strong understanding of the legislative framework surrounding residential childcare, and experience leading and developing a team. The ideal candidate will embrace therapeutic parenting principles and foster a culture where children are respected, heard, and supported in overcoming their past traumas.
