Omni Consultancy Group Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.

This permanent role offers a salary from £55,000 plus bonus, with opportunities across Birmingham and nationwide and a supportive leadership team focused on positive outcomes for children and young people.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Children's Residential Care.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and inspection frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Regulations.
• Develop, support, and motivate staff teams.
• Promote positive outcomes for children and young people.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care planning.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and occupancy levels.
• Build strong relationships with local authorities and external professionals.

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next career move?

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a number of established and growing Children's Residential Care providers across the UK. Due to continued expansion and new home openings, we have several exciting Registered Manager opportunities available.

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a children's residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance while supporting positive outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations

Requirements
