Registered Care Manager Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the operational leadership of the service, reporting directly to the Director
• Drive business growth by proactively identifying and securing new private client opportunities
• Lead and develop the office and care team to maintain high standards of service delivery and compliance
• Ensure all care packages are reviewed regularly, and client outcomes are met with compassion and professionalism
• Maintain full CQC compliance and ensure adherence to current regulations and best practices
• Manage client feedback, responding promptly to any concerns or complaints
• Oversee recruitment of local carers and ensuring efficient and compliant onboarding

Registered Care Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a private Domiciliary or Live-In Care setting
• Demonstrated experience in business development or growing a private care service
• Minimum of Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• A UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
