Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is helping a Surrey-based children's services provider recruit a Registered Manager for a 2-bed home in the Guildford area. This permanent role offers leadership over safeguarding, regulatory compliance and service development to improve outcomes for young people.

The successful candidate will have a Level 5 qualification and proven experience in children's residential care, with strong people management skills and a commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

• Level 5 qualification essential for the role.
• Experience as Registered Manager in children's residential care.
• Knowledge of Ofsted, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing complex needs and challenging situations.

Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to take genuine ownership of a children's residential home and make a lasting difference?

We are looking for a confident, resilient and hands-on Registered Manager to lead a small 2-bed children's home in the Guildford area, supporting young people with complex needs.

We're looking for

• Level 5 qualification (essential)
• Previous Registered Manager experience strongly preferredStrong children's residential care experience

• A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for young people

An experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up may also be considered where there is strong evidence of readiness for the role.
