Responsibilities

1. Complete the registration process with Ofsted and become the Registered Manager.
2. Establish and maintain standards, monitor the delivery of high-quality, child-centred care in accordance with policies and procedures.
3. Ensure good practice aligns with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards, implementing them professionally in the children’s home.
4. Participate in the recruitment process, including shortlisting and serving on the interview panel.
5. Facilitate Ofsted inspections, answering questions professionally and providing requested materials.
6. Prepare and contribute to Regulation 45 and Regulation 44 reports as required.

Qualifications

1. Hold or be enrolled in a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership.
2. Possess management qualifications and previous experience working as a registered manager or deputy in a regulated children’s home.
