Following the recent opening of our flagship home, Spurfield House in Exeter, we are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and inspirational Registered Manager to lead this exciting new service as it continues to grow and welcome new residents. As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, developing strong relationships with residents and their families, and creating a warm, welcoming environment where person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do.
